Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. General Information

1.1. At Podoks, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to make a return or request a size exchange, we offer a simple and transparent process, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1.2. Shipping costs for returns and size exchanges are free of charge.

2. Size Exchanges

2.1. We highly recommend checking our Size Guide before making a purchase.

2.2 If you’ve received your order and the size isn’t right, you can request an exchange by sending us back the item you’d like to exchange. Podoks will ship the correct size at no additional cost.

3. Conditions for Returned Products

3.1. Whether for a return or a size exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging and labeling intact. 

• The return must be shipped in the original packaging or in alternative packaging that ensures the item’s protection during transit.

3.2. For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been used.

4. Return Period

4.1. You may cancel your purchase and return your item(s) within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

5. How to Request a Return

5.1. To request a return, go to the order panel in your account on our website. You can access it here: Request a Return. Make sure to use the same email address you used when placing the order.

5.2.1. Return the item in its original packaging, or in packaging that ensures adequate protection.

5.2.2. Once we receive the item, we’ll verify that it meets the stated conditions (unused, with original packaging, etc.).

5.2.3. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

5.2.4. The refund will include only the price of the product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.2.5. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during checkout, unless otherwise specified.

5.2.6. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the item or receive proof of return shipment.

5.2.7. If the item has been improperly handled, the customer will be responsible for any loss in value.

6. Specific Conditions

6.1. Orders with Free Shipping

If you placed an order over $49 to qualify for free shipping and later return an item that reduces the total below $49, $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.

6.2. Discount Packs

If you purchased a discounted pack (minimum of 3 items) and return one of them, the remaining items will be recalculated at their regular price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
